TL;DR

Business Development Associate (Fintech): Generating new profitable sales growth and pipeline for the professional software portfolio through proactive prospecting and lead qualification with an accent on consultative sales processes. Focus on executing high-volume outbound outreach, identifying client needs, and maintaining CRM documentation to support the broader sales team.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Coppell, TX. Hybrid role requiring 8 days of office attendance per month.

Salary: $34,300 - $57,400 USD (plus commission).

What you will do

  • Generate warm leads and build a sales pipeline through systematic prospecting.
  • Conduct business analysis and research prior to outreach calls.
  • Present value propositions to prospects using a consultative approach.
  • Document all sales activities and progress in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to transition qualified opportunities.
  • Contribute to business development planning and forecasting activities.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • Relevant location: Must be able to work in Coppell, TX on a hybrid basis.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in business development or inside sales.
  • Strong proficiency in consultative sales and objection handling.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of tax, accounting, or banking industry relationships.
  • Experience with high-volume outbound dialing (80-100+ calls daily).
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing.
