Salary: $90,000 – $130,000

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding lifecycle, ensuring seamless logistical execution and system tracking.
- Manage recruiting coordination, including scheduling and candidate experience to support rapid team growth.
- Operate and improve People systems like Gusto and Windmill while maintaining data integrity.
- Oversee San Francisco office operations, vendor management, and team event planning.
- Support People analytics by maintaining dashboards for headcount, attrition, and operational metrics.
- Execute team recognition programs and company off-sites to build meaningful employee experiences.
Requirements
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in San Francisco
- 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced, people-facing role.
- Strong background in high-growth or startup environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organization with a focus on automation and process improvement.
Nice to have
- Prior experience with tools like Ashby, Notion, or Gusto.
- Experience supporting end-to-end recruiting coordination.
- Exposure to People analytics and reporting.
