hirify.global is a high-growth Work AI platform that provides advanced enterprise search, an AI assistant, and scalable AI agents to help organizations govern, scale, and customize AI.

What you will do

  • Source and close net new logos within the Canadian territory.
  • Navigate complex organizational structures to identify and engage executive sponsors.
  • Execute value-driven sales cycles while understanding customer business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including SEs, BDRs, and Engineers to ensure deal success.
  • Create ROI and business justification reports based on a data-driven approach.
  • Run disciplined Proof of Concept (POC) engagements based on clear success criteria.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in closing complex technical sales deals.
  • Must be based in Canada.
  • Strong background in selling technical SaaS and cloud-based software solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and sell to C-level executives.
  • Proficiency in modern sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger.
  • Technical understanding of APIs, security, and enterprise software architecture.

Nice to have

  • Basic understanding of search infrastructure and enterprise AI systems.
  • Prior experience within high-growth, fast-paced technology startups.
