Accounting Solution Consultant (AI)

What you will do

• Serve as a technical accounting expert during sales cycles and scoping conversations.
• Build proof of concepts and lead product demonstrations for prospective customers.
• Translate complex accounting requirements into product solutions and answer technical accounting questions.
• Identify customer pain points and collaborate with product and engineering teams on customized solutions.
• Share customer insights with product development to influence the roadmap.
• Develop marketing materials and contribute to the go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

• Deep accounting experience is required.
• Experience across public accounting and industry accounting, ideally in the technology sector.
• Strong understanding of period close, journal entry approvals, and other accounting workflows.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with accounting software or financial technology.
• Excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• Familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition, ASC 830 foreign currency, and ASC 842 lease accounting.
• Experience applying AI to accounting workflows.
