Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote with regional pay variances in California/New York).
Salary: $179,000 – $264,500 (Base pay range depending on location).

What you will do
- Manage full lifecycle executive search for both internal and external candidates.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on search strategies, compensation, and candidate assessment.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse leadership talent pipelines.
- Lead the offer process, negotiations, and executive onboarding.
- Contribute to team operational excellence through strategic project leadership.
- Champion diversity and inclusion efforts throughout the entire recruitment journey.
Requirements
- 10+ years of sourcing and recruiting experience, specifically focused on executive search.
- Proven track record of hiring diverse, high-level technical leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior-level executives.
- Deep understanding of the technical talent market, competitors, and industry trends.
- Exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
