TL;DR

Principal Executive Recruiter (HR/Talent): Managing end-to-end executive search processes for director to C-level roles with an accent on identifying, assessing, and closing top-tier technical leadership talent. Focus on acting as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, developing proactive sourcing strategies, and driving operational excellence in a high-growth environment.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote with regional pay variances in California/New York).

Salary: $179,000 – $264,500 (Base pay range depending on location).

What you will do

  • Manage full lifecycle executive search for both internal and external candidates.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on search strategies, compensation, and candidate assessment.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse leadership talent pipelines.
  • Lead the offer process, negotiations, and executive onboarding.
  • Contribute to team operational excellence through strategic project leadership.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion efforts throughout the entire recruitment journey.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sourcing and recruiting experience, specifically focused on executive search.
  • Proven track record of hiring diverse, high-level technical leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior-level executives.
  • Deep understanding of the technical talent market, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

  • Previous experience within the SaaS industry.
