Recruiter, User Operations: Leading full-cycle recruitment efforts for User Operations organization with an accent on Trust & Safety, Support Operations, Technical Support, and Fraud & Risk. Focus on building strong pipelines, driving excellence across all stages of the candidate funnel, and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

Location: This role can be based in our San Francisco or New York City office. We are also considering applications to work remotely from within the U.S.

Salary: $216K – $240K + Offers Equity

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for User Operations roles.
  • Partner with User Operations leaders to develop targeted hiring strategies.
  • Own and drive top-of-funnel talent strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines for high-volume and specialized roles within User Operations.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as HR, Legal, and Compensation to ensure compliance and operational excellence throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly within in-house environments at high-growth companies.
  • Strong experience hiring for User Operations, Trust & Safety, Support, Technical Support, or Fraud & Risk organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing top-of-funnel pipelines through advanced sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across cultures.
  • A high level of adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Proficiency with ATS and sourcing platforms such as Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other modern recruitment tools.
