What you will do
- Manage integrations between internal platforms and communication vendors like Salesforce or Braze/Iterable.
- Define and maintain data mapping logic to ensure accurate member information injection into templates.
- Build, schedule, and deploy multi-channel communication journeys including email, SMS, and physical print.
- Conduct rigorous technical QA on campaigns to flag data anomalies and ensure zero-defect deployment.
- Troubleshoot message deliverability and maintain compliance with delivery laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with business systems teams to sync message history back to internal member records.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in high-volume B2C or B2B2C Marketing Ops or Transactional Messaging.
- Proven ability to build and route complex, multi-step customer journeys in enterprise platforms.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with JSON/API-driven platforms.
- Strong background managing dynamic content at scale and using communication platforms like Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Deep understanding of deliverability and compliance standards like CAN-SPAM and TCPA.
- Must be based in the United States and eligible for employment.
Nice to have
- Experience with campaign QA tools such as Litmus or Email on Acid.
- Previous experience managing technical relationships with direct mailer systems.
