What you will do
- Serve as the primary administrator for Iterable, ensuring platform stability, data hygiene, and robust system health.
- Translate complex stakeholder requirements into durable technical designs, leveraging APIs and webhooks.
- Develop reusable templates and standardized workflows to enable self-service campaign deployment for marketing teams.
- Manage the strategic vendor relationship, platform roadmap, and budget for the MarTech ecosystem.
- Oversee intake, prioritization, and quality assurance processes to maintain operational consistency.
Requirements
- 7β10+ years of professional experience in lifecycle marketing, MarTech, or CRM operations.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Iterable or similar high-scale lifecycle automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketing data architecture, integrations, event models, and data hygiene standards.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with Engineering and Data teams on complex solutioning.
- Operational discipline with a systems-oriented mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity.
