What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy from onboarding through retention, expansion, and winback using email, in-app, push, and SMS.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to implement user-level triggers, event tracking, and product experiments.
  • Design and execute upsell programs to convert users to higher-value tiers and annual plans.
  • Improve email deliverability, sender reputation, and campaign performance through rigorous A/B testing and analysis.
  • Build dashboards to monitor lifecycle KPIs and identify friction points in the user journey.
  • Collaborate with CX teams to proactively reduce ticket volume through smart intervention strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, retention, or product-led growth, preferably in consumer SaaS.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Deep expertise in email deliverability best practices, authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and global compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools such as Braze, Iterable, or Customer.io.
  • Strong analytical skills, including cohort analysis, experimentation, and SQL.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
