What you will do
- Own and optimize the marketing automation platform (HubSpot) and manage integrations with Salesforce and other marketing tools.
- Lead an audit and restructure of the HubSpot instance to align with industry best practices and operational sustainability.
- Identify and implement AI-powered tools and workflows to transform marketing efficiency and hyper-personalization.
- Develop scalable campaign execution frameworks and SOPs for email, webinars, and paid advertising.
- Establish data architecture and segmentation strategies to enable persona-based and school-specific messaging.
- Design comprehensive reporting dashboards to provide actionable insights on lead sourcing, campaign performance, and revenue attribution.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Deep expertise in HubSpot administration and configuration.
- Strong technical fluency with integrations, data modeling, APIs, and CRM architecture.
- Must be based in the U.S.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools, agents, or LLM-powered workflows in a marketing context.
- Proven ability to translate business strategy into operational infrastructure and build functions from scratch.
