What you will do

  • Own and optimize the marketing automation platform (HubSpot) and manage integrations with Salesforce and other marketing tools.
  • Lead an audit and restructure of the HubSpot instance to align with industry best practices and operational sustainability.
  • Identify and implement AI-powered tools and workflows to transform marketing efficiency and hyper-personalization.
  • Develop scalable campaign execution frameworks and SOPs for email, webinars, and paid advertising.
  • Establish data architecture and segmentation strategies to enable persona-based and school-specific messaging.
  • Design comprehensive reporting dashboards to provide actionable insights on lead sourcing, campaign performance, and revenue attribution.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot administration and configuration.
  • Strong technical fluency with integrations, data modeling, APIs, and CRM architecture.
  • Must be based in the U.S.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools, agents, or LLM-powered workflows in a marketing context.
  • Proven ability to translate business strategy into operational infrastructure and build functions from scratch.
