Salary: $126,300 – $178,300 USD (based on location)

What you will do

  • Hire and lead a team of enablement specialists focusing on pre-sales to post-sales training
  • Own and optimize the new hire onboarding program from inception to certification
  • Coach revenue teams on sales methodologies and utilize conversation analytics to refine customer interaction strategies
  • Partner with Revenue Leadership, Operations, and HR to align training programs with company-wide sales initiatives
  • Design impactful learning programs and collateral using tools like Articulate 360 and Docebo LMS
  • Track program impact using the Kirkpatrick Model to ensure continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Enablement, L&D, or Sales Coaching, preferably in the Fintech industry
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (Account Executive or similar closing role)
  • Proven ability to design and deliver instructional content for client-facing roles
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing stakeholder requests
  • Excellent communication skills including public speaking, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Proficiency in sales tools such as Gong, Seismic, Salesforce, and LMS platforms
