TL;DR

Enablement Manager (Fintech): Designing and delivering training programs and frameworks for the post-sales organization with an accent on consultative skills, commercial mindset, and finance expertise. Focus on building sales enablement and finance acumen training tracks, leading AI competency programs, and partnering with CS leadership on organizational direction.

Location: New York, NY or San Francisco, CA with relocation support as needed.

Salary: $115K - $176K

What you will do

  • Design and deliver training programs focused on sales enablement and finance acumen.
  • Develop exec-level courses, role plays, and certifications across the CSM organization.
  • Lead all-hands sessions, product enablement programs, and cross-functional training.
  • Build change management frameworks to help CSMs and customers navigate workflow transformation.
  • Lead the CSM AI competency program, creating documentation and best practice workflows for internal AI tool adoption.
  • Partner with finance and CS leadership on curriculum development for finance acumen training.

Requirements

  • Practitioner CS background in CSM, implementation, or post-sales work.
  • Finance and accounting expertise, understanding how finance teams operate.
  • Sales enablement experience, with the ability to translate a sales motion for a CS context.
  • Consulting orientation, thinking in terms of business value frameworks and change sequencing.
  • High agency and problem-solving instinct, able to turn ambiguous problems into real solutions.
  • AI fluency, able to use AI tools and guide others to do the same.

Nice to have

  • CPA, accounting, or ERP implementation background (NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, or similar).
  • Experience at a fintech or financial software company.
  • Background in management consulting or business process transformation.
  • Familiarity with spend management, procurement, or AP/AR workflows.
