TL;DR

Senior People Partner (GTM): Partnering with GTM senior leaders to drive organizational design, talent strategy, and employee performance within a hyper-growth ecommerce environment. Focus on building and executing complex employee relations frameworks, accelerating talent velocity, and integrating AI-augmented tools to streamline People operations.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the office (New York or Seattle); hybrid attendance 4 days per week is required.

Salary: $170,000 – $212,000 (Target total compensation: $209,000 – $251,000).

What you will do

  • Act as a strategic advisor to GTM leadership and C-suite to align people strategy with business goals.
  • Manage complex employee relations, including performance plans, investigations, and organizational exits.
  • Lead talent mapping, succession planning, and performance management rhythms.
  • Utilize AI tools to generate data-driven people insights and improve operational efficiency.
  • Guide leadership and teams through change management, M&A integrations, and organizational scaling.
  • Coach managers to foster a high-performing, accountable, and inclusive culture.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in high-growth tech as a People partner or generalist.
  • Proven track record in managing complex employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior leaders and translate financial data into strategy.
  • Experience using AI tools in daily People workflows.
  • Ability to navigate high-stakes, ambiguous situations with sound judgment.
  • Must be able to work on-site at a company office (New York, Seattle, etc.) 4 days per week.
