Location: Must be based in Toronto, Canada (On-site 3-5 days per week).

What you will do
- Scale and industrialize operational processes to ensure delivery at scale for insurance and health products.
- Implement strategic automation projects for core insurance processes like reimbursement and billing.
- Build and optimize monitoring systems to track process performance, risk, and efficiency.
- Lead operational strategy for the Canadian market, including claim management and local partnerships.
- Contribute to team growth, including hiring, structuring, and mentoring junior team members.
- Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Care teams to drive the company vision.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
- Strong written and oral English communication skills.
- Ability to define a strategic vision and drill down into an actionable, cross-dimensional roadmap.
- Experience in building and optimizing processes for performance and scalability.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in high-uncertainty environments.
- Hands-on approach with a user-centric philosophy.
Nice to have
- Background in healthcare, digital health, or the insurance industry.
- SQL knowledge for autonomous data analysis.
- Proficiency in French.
