Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 On Target Earnings + Equity

What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of SDRs to generate qualified pipeline.
  • Own SDR performance metrics, including activity, conversion rates, and pipeline creation.
  • Recruit and grow the SDR team as hirify.global scales.
  • Partner with marketing to convert inbound demand into qualified opportunities.
  • Implement systems and workflows to improve SDR productivity and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of experience in sales development.
  • Have 1–3+ years managing SDRs or leading a sales development team.
  • Are comfortable working with technical products and developer audiences.
  • Have experience with modern GTM tooling (AI Agents, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Power Dialers, etc.).
  • Are highly data-driven and comfortable managing performance through metrics.
  • Have strong communication and organizational skills.
