TL;DR

Technical Success Manager I: Owning customer adoption, onboarding, and continued success at your customer base with an accent on technical relationships and solving technical problems in real-time. Focus on leading interactive product demonstrations for diverse audiences, showcasing key workflows and answering real-time technical inquiries to drive platform adoption.

Location: Arlington, Virginia, USA; Atlanta, Georgia, USA; Charlotte, North Carolina, USA; Chicago, Illinois, USA; Dallas, Texas, USA; Houston, Texas, USA. This model allows us to work in a variety of workplaces that best support our success, including fully office-based, fully remote, or hybrid.

Salary: $149,000 - $186,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own customer adoption, onboarding, and continued success at your customer base.
  • Lead all aspects of the adoption, optimization, and integration of hirify.global’s products within customers’ business infrastructure.
  • Partner with Sales to identify revenue opportunities through the upsell of new services and contract renewals.
  • Voice support for new product features & provide customer feedback to hirify.global product management and engineering groups.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the customer’s business as well as their technical environment.
  • Lead interactive product demonstrations for diverse audiences, showcasing key workflows and answering real-time technical inquiries to drive platform adoption.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of pre or post sales experience within the software industry.
  • 1+ years of demonstrated pre or post sales experience working with enterprise customers.
  • Strong technical background and sales/customer orientation.
  • A desire to learn new technologies.
  • An interest in or previous experience of performance monitoring tools (infrastructure, application, web or mobile, user experience).
  • Fluent in English

Nice to have

  • Familiarity in one or more of the following development languages - Java, .Net, Ruby, C, Python, Node.js, Golang.
  • Exposure to and/or interest in cloud technologies: Kubernetes, containers, microservices, DevOps, CI/CD.
  • Background in mobile device platforms & architectures (IOS & Android).
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent desirable.
