What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, creating success plans and tracking progress toward defined goals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot platform issues and optimize integration within CI/CD pipelines.
- Partner with Sales and Product teams to drive renewals, expansion, and feature development based on customer needs.
- Guide senior technical stakeholders through adoption strategies to ensure they realize full platform value.
- Refine internal customer success playbooks and processes to improve scalability.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA with legal right to work.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, DevOps, or cloud-native customer success roles.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, security, and cloud-native development tools.
- Experience designing and executing customer success programs with measurable outcomes.
- Ability to bridge technical and business requirements for diverse stakeholder groups.
