TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the USA (San Francisco, CA or Remote within the USA)

Salary: $165,000–$205,000

hirify.global is an early-stage startup building automation software for assurance and audit practitioners in cybersecurity, privacy, and financial sectors.

What you will do

  • Configure and optimize CS tooling including Vitally and HubSpot to support engagement, renewals, and expansion.
  • Design and implement scalable playbooks and automated workflows to increase CSM capacity.
  • Build centralized dashboards in Tableau using data from Amplitude, BigQuery, and other sources to track GRR, NRR, and account health.
  • Lead CS enablement strategy, including tool rollouts, process documentation, and self-service knowledge sharing.
  • Audit and streamline core customer journey processes such as onboarding, adoption, and renewal lifecycles.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and RevOps to ensure alignment across the GTM organization.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA
  • 5–8+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, RevOps, or similar roles within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of building systems and processes from scratch and driving measurable performance improvements.
  • Strong systems acumen with experience in Salesforce, Amplitude, Vitally, BigQuery, and Tableau.
  • Exceptional program management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to design repeatable playbooks and lead teams through change management.

Nice to have

  • Relevant industry experience as a practitioner at an audit or advisory firm.
