Salary: $140,000 – $200,000 per year

hirify.global is seeking an experienced and technical salesperson focusing on sales and business development of engineering design services.

What you will do

• Develop new business by assessing the market, targeting potential clients, and signing them.
• Find practical solutions to customer needs, communicate business proposals, and close contracts.
• Ensure ongoing client satisfaction and recurring business by engaging with clients and understanding their challenges.
• Build and maintain long-term trust-based relationships with clients.
• Assure customer expectations are set correctly and that the engineering team is fully onboard.
• Be the customer voice within hirify.global, providing the customer perspective.

Requirements

• 3-5 years managing or working as part of a product design or development team for embedded HW/SW.
• Minimum 3 years of sales and/or business development with at least 2 years in electronics/IoT.
• Experience of selling engineering services or semiconductor platforms is a plus.
• Engineering degree is a plus but not a requirement.
• Ability to communicate clearly and listen actively to understand client needs.
• Adaptability: Flexible in managing diverse client needs and schedules across different time zones.
