TL;DR

Senior National Account Manager (Retail): Developing sales strategies and managing commercial partnerships for major North American retail accounts with an accent on revenue growth, market share expansion, and cross-functional category initiatives. Location: Remote (USA). This role operates within a hybrid work model, but candidates must be based in the United States.

Salary: $156,000 – $243,000 OTE (base + variable bonus).

What you will do

  • Act as the primary commercial interface between hirify.global and major national retail partners.
  • Create and execute annual and quarterly revenue, POS, and marketing plans to exceed growth targets.
  • Manage end-to-end commercial relationships, including product launches, pricing, and content strategy for retail properties.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams including marketing, finance, and supply chain to align sales objectives.
  • Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews to ensure long-term category vision and performance.
  • Forecast product demand and manage promotional and marketing expenses effectively.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Documented record of success in national omni-channel retail sales.
  • Experience managing complex, long-term sales cycles and customer requirements.
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in sales reporting tools.
  • Strong character and ability to work independently within a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for a corporate environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in consumer electronics or FMCG multi-category environments.
  • Previous experience working with or at Best Buy.
  • Strong background in financial acumen and strategic sales planning.
