Salary: $156,000 – $243,000 OTE (base + variable bonus).

What you will do
- Act as the primary commercial interface between and major national retail partners.
- Create and execute annual and quarterly revenue, POS, and marketing plans to exceed growth targets.
- Manage end-to-end commercial relationships, including product launches, pricing, and content strategy for retail properties.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams including marketing, finance, and supply chain to align sales objectives.
- Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews to ensure long-term category vision and performance.
- Forecast product demand and manage promotional and marketing expenses effectively.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Documented record of success in national omni-channel retail sales.
- Experience managing complex, long-term sales cycles and customer requirements.
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency in sales reporting tools.
- Strong character and ability to work independently within a matrixed organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for a corporate environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in consumer electronics or FMCG multi-category environments.
- Previous experience working with or at Best Buy.
- Strong background in financial acumen and strategic sales planning.
