What you will do

• Gather requirements and drive the analysis, design, and development of solutions.
• Suggest design options and improvements for the required solution.
• Specify, verify, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Align the client and project team with a common understanding of the requirements.
• Document and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Explain the business context of the solution to the development team and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis within the IT domain.
• Skilled in collecting and structuring business requirements.
• Adept at analyzing and documenting business processes.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with deep diving into product and domain specifics.
• English: Confident in maintaining business communication with clients
