Location: Fully remote within the Continental United States (CONUS).
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 Annually

What you will do
- Analyze and refine business requirements using Agile frameworks, creating detailed user stories and functional specifications.
- Participate in the product development lifecycle, ensuring thorough documentation and adherence to best practices in system design and user experience.
- Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders, gathering critical insights to enhance product functionality.
- Lead validation efforts to ensure solutions meet both technical and user needs.
- Drive the analysis and redesign of existing processes to improve efficiency and output quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years experience (or commensurate work experience).
- Must be located within the Continental United States (CONUS).
- Public Trust clearance required.
Nice to have
- Experience working directly with the VA or similar federal agencies.
- Skilled in translating complex technical requirements into functional specifications.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive system and requirements analysis.
