What you will do

• Assist in gathering requirements through data analysis, market research, and customer feedback.
• Support the creation of user stories and documentation to capture product functionalities.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to perform user acceptance testing.
• Analyze product metrics and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
• Help prioritize feature requests and product enhancements by providing data-driven insights.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in product analysis or business analysis, preferably in financial services or SaaS companies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions.
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA.
• Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work across teams to gather and analyze data.

Nice to have

• Fintech or financial services industry experience is a plus.
