What you will do

• Translate business processes into systematic flows and maps.
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for automation or improvement in collaboration with various teams.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses for proposed systems and process improvements.
• Document and maintain a repository of Quote to Cash business rules and process flows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience driving operational efficiency through business analysis, process improvement, deal lifecycle support, revenue operations, or cross-functional systems management – ideally in a high-growth SaaS or startup environment.
• Proven experience supporting Quote to Cash processes, including Salesforce, CPQ, Billing, and UAT.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into documented business requirements.
• Strong facilitation skills for current/future state process mapping, gap analysis, and requirements workshops.
• Experience with JIRA, Salesforce Cases, or any other ticketing queue system.
• Ability to understand broader business and financial issues, juggle multiple projects and tasks, and to work with deadlines and in a fast paced environment.
