What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and document current and future-state workflows.
• Architect and implement scalable integrations using Workato, including error handling and logging.
• Design standardized process models and data flow mappings to align with organizational compliance.
• Author functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for automation projects.
• Coordinate UAT and provide ongoing support for production Workato recipes.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to reduce manual effort and cycle times.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workato in a production environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science
• Experience within the SaaS industry
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data transformations
• Familiarity with business applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and Jira

Nice to have

• Certifications in Business Analysis, BPM, or Workato
• Change management experience (e.g., Prosci ADKAR)
• Proficiency in Smartsheet or Lucidchart
