What you will do
- Partner with the Product Owner to prioritize the backlog and translate business goals into actionable requirements.
- Own end-to-end documentation for iOS, Android, and backend services, including User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
- Facilitate refinement sessions to ensure clarity and alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Identify cross-team dependencies, system gaps, and edge cases to prevent delivery blockers.
- Contribute to and evolve the documentation practices, tooling, and BA standards within the company.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a product environment.
- Strong command of Agile methodologies and full software development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and modeling approaches like UML or BPMN.
- Deep understanding of backend systems, API-level thinking, and A/B testing principles.
- Upper Intermediate English proficiency is required.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthtech, wellness, or fitness products.
- Familiarity with subscription-based B2C business models.
- Experience with web-to-app conversion funnels and UX/UI design principles in Figma.
