TL;DR
Business Development Representative (SaaS): Building a qualified sales pipeline for strategic target accounts by executing outbound and inbound prospecting strategies. Location: Must be based in the US and able to work in a hybrid capacity from our West Coast offices (San Francisco or Sunnyvale) at least 2 days a week.
Salary: $65,000–$80,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Generate a qualified sales pipeline for accounts with $100M–$1B in annual revenue.
- Perform active prospecting via phone, email, and social media with a 50:50 outbound/inbound split.
- Partner with up to 4 Account Executives to execute account plans and prospecting strategies.
- Identify key stakeholders to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain alignment and open communication with Sales leadership and Account Executives.
- Consistently hit or exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities and prospect interactions.
Requirements
- Must have US work authorization.
- Must be able to work from San Francisco or Sunnyvale offices at least 2 days a week.
- 1+ years of SDR/BDR experience in the software industry.
- Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach.io, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn.
- Strong business acumen and ability to learn the database management landscape quickly.
- Must be available every Tuesday and Wednesday for team training and pipeline generation days.
