Apac Partnerships Manager: Fortifying 's presence with Solution Partners and Technology Partners in APAC with an accent on customer acquisition and retention. Focus on directing Solution Partner strategy and positioning in APAC and driving the sales, marketing, & development lifecycle of our Solution Partner program in the region.

What you will do
- Actively recruit, onboard, and activate Solution Partners and Resellers to achieve revenue targets and generate partner-driven pipeline.
- Evaluate and manage strategic technology partnerships.
- Define joint value propositions and develop go-to-market plans with partners.
- Promote the alliance value proposition for each partner within and the partner’s organization.
- Align with Sales to leverage partners for account access and expansion.
- Evangelize at industry events, seminars, and customer briefings.
Requirements
- Significant experience (5+ years) in enterprise software, building and scaling partnership programs, cloud/SaaS sales, or management consulting.
- Strong track record of cultivating and maintaining partnerships with digital agencies, resellers, strategic consultancies, and/or GSIs.
- Technical and business acumen with a deep understanding of how people, process, data, and technology drive enterprise-wide digital transformation.
- Ability to engage, motivate, and collaborate with field teams across functions, geographies, and cultures.
- Understanding of solution and relationship selling, strategic planning, account management, and consultative business development.
- Bachelor's degree required.
