What you will do
- Scale business by identifying and partnering with high-potential telcos and system integrators in Malaysia, Indonesia, and across the region.
- Own the end-to-end acquisition sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to final deal closure.
- Drive growth within existing enterprise accounts by mapping decision-making landscapes and identifying new opportunities.
- Develop and execute targeted account plans centered around secure connectivity and digital workplace offerings.
- Generate leads using prospecting tools and outbound activities to build a sustainable sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate data in Salesforce to ensure reliable forecasting of revenue, EBITDA, and ICGM.
Requirements
- Proven experience in strategic account management and new business acquisition.
- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics in Malaysia and other emerging ASEAN markets.
- Ability to influence complex decision-making processes and craft creative solutions.
- Proven ability to navigate cross-geography and cross-cultural business environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on communication and active listening.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, results-driven sales environment.
