Location: Remote. Must be based in Singapore. Some travel may be required for client meetings or other internal meetings, conferences, etc.

Salary: S$79-100K depending on location and experience

What you will do

• Contribute to quarterly planning and execution to meet strategic goals and hit client growth targets.
• Create and maintain a plan for recruitment and partner growth initiatives, including timelines.
• Recruit high-potential partners, negotiate terms, and coordinate communication.
• Identify new, high-quality partnerships and areas of opportunity based on client needs and industry evolution.
• Share new ideas and best practices with the Partnerships Team and Client Services.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the digital Chinese market and Chinese language fluency.
• 4+ years of partnerships or relevant work experience (business development, account management, contract negotiations, marketing).
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field, or relevant work experience.
• Experience in Performance Marketing (particularly Affiliate Marketing) industry preferred.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
