What you will do
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across TV, OOH, and radio to drive brand awareness.
- Manage marketing budgets strategically to maximize ROI and cost efficiency in media investment.
- Lead negotiations with media vendors and broadcasters to secure advantageous rates and placements.
- Analyze campaign performance using ATL-specific KPIs like GRPs and CPM to refine future media plans.
- Collaborate with agencies and cross-functional internal teams to ensure transparent and high-impact delivery.
- Explore innovative formats and new channels to expand market reach and engagement.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in media buying or management, specifically within performance-driven ATL campaigns.
- Proven track record in TV and OOH media planning, with deep understanding of media economics.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing commercial agreements with media partners.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in performance analytics and reporting tools.
- English proficiency C1 required (German is a plus).
- Must be based in Berlin or willing to relocate.

- Experience with programmatic or digital media channels.
- Fluency in German.
