What you will do
- Manage day-to-day people operations including onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.
- Run and improve payroll processes for teams in the Netherlands, Germany, USA, and UK.
- Handle visa and immigration administration, primarily for Sweden.
- Develop and maintain workflows within the HiBob HRIS platform.
- Provide administrative support for the Amsterdam office when required.
- Continuously optimize HR processes to improve team efficiency and experience.
Requirements
- Professional fluency in English.
- Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands (no visa sponsorship provided).
- Ability to work 32 hours per week (Monday to Thursday).
- Structured, meticulous, and proactive mindset.
- Strong ability to own processes and solve problems independently.
- Ability to work onsite in Amsterdam the majority of the time.
Nice to have
- Previous experience with payroll, specifically in the UK.
- Knowledge of employment law in the Netherlands, Germany, USA, or UK.
- Prior experience with visa or immigration processes.
- Familiarity with HiBob or similar HRIS systems.
