What you will do
- Own the full lifecycle of multi-channel campaigns from strategic conception to production, execution, and post-campaign analysis.
- Transform commercial goals into high-impact creative briefs and communication plans optimized for specific channels.
- Analyze campaign KPIs to derive actionable insights for channel mix and performance improvements.
- Act as the central hub between Creative, Brand, Organic, Performance, and Commercial teams to resolve bottlenecks.
- Drive the evolution of campaign frameworks through market benchmarking and testing of new approaches.
Requirements
- Extensive background in managing high-budget, multi-channel marketing campaigns across the full lifecycle.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
- Deep expertise in the marketing funnel with a focus on driving conversion and engagement.
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills to influence and align diverse cross-functional teams.
- Advanced analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights for campaign optimization.
- Professional fluency in English (given the international nature of the team).
Nice to have
- Experience utilizing AI-driven tools for creative production and marketing insights.
- Experience in the home & living or design sector.
