What you will do
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for Commercial, Marketing, Customer Success, and Implementation roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and deliver high-quality talent pools.
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end processes from initial briefing to offer stage.
- Maintain high standards of candidate assessment to ensure cultural and role fit.
Requirements
- Must be based in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Mexico
- Proven experience hiring for Go-To-Market and commercial functions such as Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success.
- Ability to own the end-to-end recruitment process independently.
- Strong understanding of what defines high performance in commercial roles.
