Location: Onsite in London, Barcelona, Cologne, Munich, or Zurich; Hybrid in Spain; Remote in Germany.

What you will do

  • Build high-caliber talent pipelines to support the goal of hiring 100 people in under 2 years.
  • Manage top-of-funnel activities, including qualifying and screening candidates.
  • Master and utilize the proprietary TalentForge platform for candidate identification and engagement.
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements and evolving market trends.
  • Develop creative sourcing techniques and craft compelling outreach strategies.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences as a brand ambassador for the company.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound talent sourcing within high-growth or startup environments.
  • Must be based in or able to work from London, Spain, Germany, or Zurich.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage recruitment metrics for improvement.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Passionate about candidate experience and motivated to grow with the team.

Nice to have

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, ideally Ashby.
  • Background in building outbound recruitment programs.
  • Knowledge of talent market trends in the tech/SaaS industry.
  • Understanding of candidate search configuration and technical recruitment.
