What you will do
- Build high-caliber talent pipelines to support the goal of hiring 100 people in under 2 years.
- Manage top-of-funnel activities, including qualifying and screening candidates.
- Master and utilize the proprietary TalentForge platform for candidate identification and engagement.
- Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements and evolving market trends.
- Develop creative sourcing techniques and craft compelling outreach strategies.
- Deliver exceptional candidate experiences as a brand ambassador for the company.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound talent sourcing within high-growth or startup environments.
- Must be based in or able to work from London, Spain, Germany, or Zurich.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage recruitment metrics for improvement.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
- Passionate about candidate experience and motivated to grow with the team.
Nice to have
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, ideally Ashby.
- Background in building outbound recruitment programs.
- Knowledge of talent market trends in the tech/SaaS industry.
- Understanding of candidate search configuration and technical recruitment.
