What you will do

• Own the full-cycle hiring process for GTM roles across North America.
• Run competitor-focused sourcing campaigns to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Partner closely with GTM leadership to understand market dynamics and build targeted hiring strategies.
• Build trusted, consultative relationships with hiring managers at all levels, influencing decisions.
• Manage the hiring process through Greenhouse, maintaining clean data and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, share market intelligence, and raise the bar on how GTM talent is hired.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders up to C-Suite level.
• Strong track record hiring across GTM functions.
• Proven sourcing skills with hands-on experience running competitor mapping and passive candidate outreach campaigns.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent English, both written and verbal

Nice to have

• Experience hiring for hospitality technology or a vertical SaaS business.
• Track record of building structured sourcing processes.
• Familiarity with sales talent assessment methodologies or competency-based interview frameworks.
