Salary: £85,000–£95,000.

What you will do
- Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team to strengthen organizational alignment and team effectiveness.
- Develop and implement a studio-wide people strategy that supports long-term scaling.
- Drive initiatives to strengthen leadership capability and team culture.
- Oversee the people function, including performance cycles, feedback systems, and manager support frameworks.
- Provide expert advice on UK employment law and employee relations to senior stakeholders.
- Refine organizational design to ensure the studio operates effectively as it scales.
Requirements
- Must have the right to work in the UK (valid work visa required).
- Extensive experience in a People or HR leadership role within a maturing company in games, tech, or creative sectors.
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and best practices.
- Proven ability to partner with founders and senior leaders during periods of growth.
- Experience building and improving core people processes such as onboarding and performance management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a pragmatic, problem-solving approach.
Nice to have
- Experience with people analytics and engagement tools like CultureAmp or Personio.
- Professional HR qualification such as CIPD.
- Direct experience in the games industry.
