Location: Must be based in or able to work from London, UK. This is a hybrid role with expected office presence.

What you will do
- Serve as the primary people partner across EMEA, supporting leaders in multiple countries.
- Lead complex employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, and organizational changes.
- Provide guidance on legal and compliance matters, partnering with external counsel on litigation and regulatory processes.
- Execute and localize global people programs while ensuring consistency across the region.
- Coach managers on performance conversations, accountability, and team management fundamentals.
- Oversee regional payroll, benefits, and operational processes to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in people partnering, employee relations, or regional HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and experience across multiple EMEA countries.
- Proven experience participating in negotiations and managing complex litigation with external counsel.
- Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are preferred.
- Must be based in or able to work from London, UK with a preference for office attendance.
- Experience coordinating with payroll, operations, and regional benefits administration.
