TL;DR
Senior Skills Development Partner (Hrtech): Creating the Tech & Data Skills vision, strategy and framework, providing a “north star” that looks systemically beyond learning to wider capability levers. Focus on identifying and addressing skills gaps, activating the proposition, and leveraging skills architecture & intelligence to inform Strategic Workforce Planning.
Location: Bristol, Halifax, Edinburgh or Leeds. Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.
Salary: £78,098 - £101,068

What you will do
- Create the Tech & Data Skills vision, strategy and framework.
- Identify and address skills gaps using domain expertise and experience.
- Activate and embed the proposition through campaigns, marketing, and adoption tactics.
- Leverage the Skills architecture & intelligence to inform Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP).
- Collaborate with the Group Skills Proposition Lead to identify 3rd-party content providers.
- Optimize the Skills tech/tooling to create modern, multi-modal learning experiences.

- Strategic influencing: Shape and challenge organizational thinking by positioning skills as a critical lever for organizational success.
- Design and deliver skills vision, strategy, framework and interventions.
- Proactively turn internal and external information into clear, actionable insight.
- Spot opportunities to simplify, automate and modernize through turning competitor awareness and external insight into rapid experimentation.
- Interpret data, translate it into insight, and apply it confidently in day‑to‑day decisions.
- Understand how to operate in an Agile way of working.
