TL;DR

Location: Work from any of our hubs in Berlin, London or Tallinn hybrid or remotely across Europe

What you will do

  • Act as a strategic partner to the business, aligning people initiatives with overall company objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end performance appraisal system, linking people performance directly to business outcomes.
  • Drive leadership excellence by designing and implementing leadership development programs.
  • Lead the evolution of job architecture and career frameworks, ensuring clear paths for progression and skill development.
  • Lead salary benchmarking initiatives and the creation of scalable salary bands to ensure competitive compensation.
  • Ensure compliance and provide guidance on employment relations and employment law matters across Germany, the UK, and Europe.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior People Partner or HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Expertise in performance management and managing complex appraisal systems end-to-end.
  • Extensive experience building and implementing Career Frameworks and Job Levels in a high-growth or scaling environment.
  • Deep knowledge of salary benchmarking methodologies and experience building structured salary bands.
  • Proven experience in building leadership frameworks and nurturing a collaborative leadership culture.
  • Strong command of German employment landscape, with additional knowledge of UK and European regulations.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the Fintech or financial services industry.
  • Experience working in a multi-hub or remote-first European organization.
  • Familiarity with HR tech stacks and data visualization tools for people analytics.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to streamline people consultation, enhance data analysis, or improve the leadership experience.
