What you will do
- Partner with global department leaders to execute strategic initiatives and ensure organizational consistency.
- Act as the local People Partner for the UK, handling employee support and local jurisdictional compliance.
- Lead global performance management processes including goal setting, calibrations, and career laddering.
- Manage complex local employee relations cases, investigations, and conduct-related matters.
- Oversee UK-based operational tasks including benefits, leaves, exits, and employment documentation.
- Use data and engagement metrics to provide actionable insights to business leadership regarding retention and talent strategies.
Requirements
- Extensive experience operating at both a global strategic level and a hands-on local operational level.
- Deep knowledge of UK employment law and proven track record in managing complex Employee Relations cases.
- CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification (or equivalent practical experience) is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in organizational design, job leveling, global mobility, and cross-border change management.
- Proficiency in modern HRIS platforms (Bamboo preferred) and executive coaching platforms.
- Exceptional ability to partner with and coach Global Department Leaders and the Senior Leadership Team.
