What you will do

• Support the evaluation and execution of various fundraising initiatives across debt and equity instruments.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to assess leverage capacity, cost of capital, and scenario outcomes.
• Prepare investor presentations, lender materials, and investment memoranda for financing processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams involving internal finance, legal, and treasury teams alongside external advisors.
• Manage data rooms and diligence processes for institutional investors and lenders.
• Provide analytical support for broader strategic initiatives, including potential M&A and corporate investments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, private credit, or structured finance.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, including capital structure and scenario analysis.
• Deep understanding of debt products, equity instruments, and capital market dynamics.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and material preparation skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
