Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Austin, TX (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)
Salary: $95,000–$140,000

What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of SDR managers to exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
- Drive sales development execution, including KPI management, forecasting, and pipeline analysis.
- Collaborate with territory sales leaders and marketing to optimize campaigns and lead quality.
- Provide strategic insights on team performance, outbound techniques, and prospect engagement.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding to ensure effective territory coverage.
- Foster a high-performance, growth-oriented culture across the sales development organization.
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a frontline sales or SDR team.
- Must be able to work from the Austin office 3 times a week.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales KPIs over multiple fiscal years.
- Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, 6Sense, and data visualization platforms (Tableau/Domo).
- Strong leadership, coaching, and analytical skills with deep knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape.
