TL;DR

Senior Manager, Sales Development (Cybersecurity): Leading a team of SDR managers to drive pipeline generation for the LATAM market with an accent on outbound activity, team coaching, and strategic performance management. Focus on delivering high-quality pipeline, mentoring managers, and ensuring alignment with sales and marketing targets in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Austin, TX (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

Salary: $95,000–$140,000

What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of SDR managers to exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Drive sales development execution, including KPI management, forecasting, and pipeline analysis.
  • Collaborate with territory sales leaders and marketing to optimize campaigns and lead quality.
  • Provide strategic insights on team performance, outbound techniques, and prospect engagement.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding to ensure effective territory coverage.
  • Foster a high-performance, growth-oriented culture across the sales development organization.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing a frontline sales or SDR team.
  • Must be able to work from the Austin office 3 times a week.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales KPIs over multiple fiscal years.
  • Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, 6Sense, and data visualization platforms (Tableau/Domo).
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and analytical skills with deep knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape.

  • Experience in closing sales for a technology company.
  • Project management experience.
