What you will do

• Manage and improve the hiring process using Lever or another ATS.
• Coordinate daily recruitment operations, including scheduling and candidate communication.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure GDPR compliance.
• Work closely with TAs, HR partners, and business leaders to ensure seamless execution of hiring plans.
• Implement and manage AI-powered recruitment tools to improve workflow efficiency.
• Support employer branding activities, including content creation and social media updates.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment coordination, TA operations, or HR operations.
• Hands-on experience with ATS systems; Lever and Greenhouse experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of GDPR and recruitment compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with a passion for improving processes using AI/automation.
• Fluent in English.
