What you will do
- Find and assess the suitability of experienced tech candidates.
- Deliver high-volume hiring using sourcing, headhunting, and innovative strategies.
- Use recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Work with key stakeholders to overcome recruitment challenges and provide market insight.
- Build strong relationships with ANDi’s across clubs.
Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting across the tech landscape.
- Experience delivering high-volume hiring across multiple locations and levels.
- Process-oriented mindset with strong administration experience.
- Confident using recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong stakeholder management experience.
- Ability to build strong relationships with ANDi’s across clubs.
