• Deliver high-volume hiring using sourcing, headhunting, and innovative strategies.
• Use recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Work with key stakeholders to overcome recruitment challenges and provide market insight.
• Build strong relationships with ANDi’s across clubs.

Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting across the tech landscape.
• Experience delivering high-volume hiring across multiple locations and levels.
• Process-oriented mindset with strong administration experience.
• Confident using recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to build strong relationships with ANDi’s across clubs.
