What you will do

• Lead strategic projects from initial planning through final execution and delivery.
• Define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements for international teams.
• Manage project-related budgets, including tracking expenses for materials, services, and hours.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and proactive issue resolution.
• Collaborate with product management to ensure alignment with roadmaps and business value.
• Coordinate with operational and support teams to maintain long-term service stability.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and professional working proficiency in German required.
• Six to eight years of experience managing software projects, including schedules, budgets, and scope.
• Experience with project management scheduling tools such as MS Project or Clarity.
• Must be able to work from the Barcelona office as this is a hybrid role.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Management, Business, Engineering, or IT.

• Experience with Agile methodology and Scrum environments.
