Senior Operational Planning Manager (Igaming)

What you will do

• Assist with quarterly planning sessions, including preparation, execution, estimation, and post-analysis.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather input, set priorities, and make timelines.
• Prepare key presentations: collecting content and cooperate with designer to make the presentation.
• Assist with design and implement new workflows and process enhancements.
• Prepare weekly reports on PMO's quarter progress and other internal reports.
• Support organizational change initiatives through effective planning and communication.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business process management, planning, and operational coordination.
• Experience with quarterly planning cycles, setting priorities, and managing operational workflows.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Experience with process automation tools.
• Experience with planning cycles for IT companies with a high rate of changes to the planning.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Trello, and process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro).
