What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of strategic IT projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate internal technical teams and external vendors to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
• Report progress, KPIs, and expected benefits to IT Management, Service Leadership, and the PMO.
• Ensure compliance with corporate methodologies and frameworks (Nordex IT PMO Framework).
• Promote continuous improvement in project management practices and contribute to PMO maturity growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related management field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certifications and solid understanding of agile methodologies are a plus.
• Technical background (either academic or professional) is a strong plus.
• Advanced English level (C1-C2). Spanish and German are a plus.
• At least 6-7 years of experience.
• Proven experience delivering SaaS implementation projects, IT infrastructure and network projects, CRM and ITSM tool deployments, Digitalization and process automation initiatives, and other similar IT transformation projects.
• Experience in budget management, contract management, and vendor management.
