What you will do

• Own the full implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering to successful product delivery.
• Design scalable, tailored automation solutions that align with complex client workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate systems and adapt product features.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients to maximize the value and adoption of AI automation.
• Align implementation plans with sales goals and translate user feedback into product improvements.
• Present technical and business solutions effectively to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 2+ years of experience in technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) with professional presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders cross-functionally.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for complex problem-solving.
• Commitment to an initial onboarding period in Zurich and regular travel to the HQ.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
