What you will do
- Manage and grow revenue for a large portfolio of 600-1,000 restaurant accounts.
- Serve as the primary contact for partners, providing training and ongoing support.
- Advise restaurants on positioning, revenue management, and digital marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to execute promotional plans and seasonal festival offers.
- Negotiate sustainable commercial terms to drive seat occupancy and restaurant margins.
- Ensure platform compliance with quality standards and terms to maintain excellent user experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management or commercial roles.
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
- Experience handling high-volume outbound/inbound calls (20–50 per day).
- Proven experience managing large account portfolios.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Strong results-driven mindset with experience meeting KPIs and targets.
Nice to have
- Experience in the Internet or technology sector.
- Background in selling promotions, deals, or flash sales.
- Understanding of revenue management concepts and commercial optimization.
