Sales Account Manager (Sales/Ecommerce): Managing and growing a large portfolio of restaurant partners by driving revenue and optimizing performance through hirify.global platform solutions. Focus on building strong long-term partnerships, executing strategic promotional campaigns, and advising restaurant owners on effective revenue management and online marketing strategies.

Location: Based in Paris, France (Hybrid: 2 days home office per week)

What you will do

  • Manage and grow revenue for a large portfolio of 600-1,000 restaurant accounts.
  • Serve as the primary contact for partners, providing training and ongoing support.
  • Advise restaurants on positioning, revenue management, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to execute promotional plans and seasonal festival offers.
  • Negotiate sustainable commercial terms to drive seat occupancy and restaurant margins.
  • Ensure platform compliance with quality standards and terms to maintain excellent user experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management or commercial roles.
  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience handling high-volume outbound/inbound calls (20–50 per day).
  • Proven experience managing large account portfolios.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Strong results-driven mindset with experience meeting KPIs and targets.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the Internet or technology sector.
  • Background in selling promotions, deals, or flash sales.
  • Understanding of revenue management concepts and commercial optimization.
